Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development of the Kingdom of Morocco, in collaboration with the Research Institute for Solar Energy and New Energies (IRESEN), the Green H2 Cluster, the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), and the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN), is pleased to announce the upcoming World Power-to-X Summit. This significant event will take place from October 8th to 9th, 2024, at the Marrakech Conference Center.
The summit will focus on recent advancements in large-scale projects and explore financing opportunities in the fields of green hydrogen and clean molecules. Aligned with the High Royal Directives for the development of green hydrogen, the 4th edition of the summit will place special emphasis on Morocco’s ambitious Green Hydrogen Offer, which was unveiled on March 11, 2024.
The World Power-to-X Summit
The World Power-to-X Summit™ is a landmark event that marks the dawn of a new era in clean energy, showcasing innovations in green hydrogen and clean fuels through the Power-to-X concept. Organized by MASEN and IRESEN, in collaboration with the Moroccan Green H2 Cluster and UM6P, and under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development of the Kingdom of Morocco, this summit stands as a major initiative in the field of sustainable energy.
This year, the summit proudly highlights the “MOROCCAN OFFER,” an ambitious initiative that positions Morocco as a key player in the global transition to a sustainable economy. Central to this offer is green hydrogen, with the World Power-to-X Summit playing a crucial role in its implementation.
